Ezzard Flowers  (Chairperson) Mr Flowers is Mungart Boodja's inaugural Chairman, a Noongar elder and Indigenous Natural Resource Facilitator working for the South West Catchment Council  (based in Kojonup). As an artist and cultural educator with extensive experience in Indigenous health, Ezzard has a long history of representing the interests and aspirations of Noongar people in the Great Southern. Ezzard played an important role through the media and public forums in promoting reconciliation and supporting the highly successful Carrolup Koorah Coolingah event held in Katanning in February 2006.

He enjoys his connection to cultural sites in the region and promoting Indigenous arts, along with public speaking, playing golf and spending time with his family in Tambellup.
